Howard Family: Someone x2 is having a birthday party

Ava turned 1 on Friday. So much happens to a 1 year old. She got to turn around in the car and face forward, eat chocolate, peanut butter, and drink regular milk. Drinking regular milk is a big deal because the doctor had her on Soy formula because of a funny rash she had. Turns out it wasn't the cow protein after all. Still we have no idea what caused the rash but thats the past.

We decided to throw her a 1st birthday party, but we couldn't do that for Ava without having a party for Tommy. He has never had a party.

So the theme was Buzz Lightyear/Toy Story. We had the party at the park down the street and got a Toy Story bounce house and had a Toy Story cake and a girly ladybug cake. We had such a great time. Thank you to everyone who came. Here are some pictures from the party.

So Tommy was having so much fun playing at the park, jumping in the bounce house, and playing with all the kids that he didn't want to open any presents. Can you believe it? We couldn't get him to stop playing to open presents. Have you ever heard of anything so crazy as a 3 year old not wanting to open presents? I know he was so excited to have a party that he really got into having a party for him. This was really a big deal and very special for him. So I will share with you everything they got and the pictures (the ones that we took) of them opening their gifts.
