My last cake class was last night. I had such a hard time deciding what to make. I've done flowers, stripes, and polka dots. I wanted to do Spongebob, but that would mean I don't use any of the techniques I learned in class, so I designed another cake with flowers. Then I chose a cake out of the Wilton book. In the end I decided I wasn't gaining anything if I didn't push myself and I wouldn't be happy if I didn't try to do what I really wanted to do. So I did exactly what I wanted. And once I made that decision I was able to start working on my cake. Here's the finished cake. . .
What was I to do with this cake? I know exactly. I took it to Joseph and Nathan's classes. I cut it into 50 pieces of cake so each kid in both classes (and the teachers too) could have cake. After all we most defiantly don't need it especially with 3 birthdays just around the corner.
