Today my Tommy got sick! :-(

and threw up. . .

and ended up in urgent care with pink eye.

What a day! Wait what a week! First Nathan goes on a sleeping strike and for six nights he doesn't sleep. He woke me up at least three times every night and most nights that would be considered good. Finally, after almost a week of being sleep deprived (I was as I described myself not grumpy just tired) I called the doctor. His sleep study must be reread or it must be redone! I just can't take it another night without sleep. I took him and Tommy to the doctor. And what the heck, they again tell me his sleeping is not a problem and he doesn't stop breathing long enough in his sleep to cause alarm. Are you not hearing me HE IS NOT SLEEPING! The doctor does a full exam and we leave; Nathan with allergies so bad that its drained into his ears and caused two ear infections. The doctor assures me that this is the reason he is not sleeping (but what does he know, certainly not Nathan!) He puts him on antibiotics and benadryl.
WTC!

Well sure enough that night I gave him benadryl just like the doctor prescribed; and
HE SLEPT!
And he has every night since he has been on the benadryl. What a relief.

And that takes us to and Tommy's ordeal.
