As I watch the kids grow and enter into new phases of their lives, they continue to remind me how different from on another they really are. Tommy is about the same age now that Nathan was when we moved into our house. At this age Nathan was jumping over the two steps in the dining room and living room. He was doing this without falling and landing on his feet. He was 21 months old and jumping and clearing two steps, no problem. Now I see Tommy watching Nathan jumping, I see Tommy trying to just get his feet off the ground. He is close one foot at a time. Its amazing how different they grow. And what's more amazing is that everyone said Nathan would not be like other little boys. Boy were they right, however I think they all thought it would be in a different way. Bryan says "Who are they?, And what do they really know?" Boy dosn't that have the ring of truth!
